Hi i want to no what the difference between porcelain ivory and ivory these are the to shades whats the difference does any one no ? Thanks

I don’t mean a whole lot. I’ve been watching makeup videos on YouTube and some girls have several different blush shades. Can one skin tone look good with a couple or several blush shades? What blush colors look good on tan skin? I have dark brown hair and brown eyes if that matters.

Also, what are undertones and how do I know what undertone I have?

There are 7 or more primary colours in the colour-wheel. With those, we always see darker or lighter shades… Dark-Grey, Mid-Purple, or even Light-Orange, thanks!

I love mineral eyeshadows cause you can do so much with them. How many shades do mineral eyeshadows come in?

I have windows with wood trim. There isn’t much of a ledge so I’m trying to figure out what type of shades I can use. I do not like blinds.The shades I see at stores look best if its recessed and there isn’t enough room. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

I want to dye my hair a little lighter than my natural hair color because people have told me it makes my eyes stand out more. I don’t want to have to keep re-dying it though. If I go two shades up from my natural medium ash brown hair will the roots still look awful, or hardly noticeable? Thank you!

Need some help for the interior design inept….I have light pink(cherry blossom) colored shades. All my walls are white right now and I want to paint some of the walls and need help with colors.

The furniture in my room is made of light yellow wood and has some dark blue on them. I just need some ideas, what colors would go great with the furniture. I was first thinking light green walls and silver window shades but later that seemed kinda weird. What are your ideas?

We did an experiment that required us to dissect a rat, and extract its liver and gastrocnemius muscles (hind leg muscles).

We boiled one of the gastrocnemius muscles for 3-5 minutes, while the other muscle and liver (after rinsing away the blood with a warm (37°C) isotonic saline solution) were minced and placed into test tubes with 5ml of 1/15 molar phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) and three drops of 0.01% methylene blue solution.

The boiled gastrocnemius muscles, was also placed in a test tube with the same solution setup after being boiled.

All 3 test tubes were put in a water bath, and covered with a surface of mineral oil. After some 10 minutes, the solution colors of the test tubes changed. From being all light blue in color, the liver test tube turned colorless, the boiled gastrocnemius muscle was lighter in color, and the unboiled gastrocnemius muscle seemed to remain the same shade of blue.

I know that, Methylene blue is also a hydrogen acceptor and is reduced at it oxidizes hydrogen donors. Methylene blue is blue in the oxidized state and colorless in the reduced state; and Cellular enzymes called dehydrogenases catalyze the transfer of hydrogen from energy-yielding substances (hydrogen donors) to oxygen (hydrogen acceptors). When fuel is oxidized, oxygen is reduced; and the water produced by the reaction diffuses out of the cell.

So the question is:
1.) Why did we have to wash the liver immediately with a warm saline solution of 37°C? Is the temperature of 37°C crucial? Why?
2.) Why are the liver and muscles used? Can any organ be used?

I have powershot a560. There is a black shades covers left corner of the camera display which affects left side of the photo. Is there any solution to resolve this.

I have medium brownish hair, and I want my hair to be a few shades lighter. What would happen if I died it with store bought hair dye? Would it work?
